Immunobiological activity of N-[2-(phosphonomethoxy)-alkyl] derivatives of N6-substituted adenines, and 2,6-diaminopurines.
Original language description
Several newly developed acyclic nucleoside phosphonates have been found to activate immunocompetent cells for secretion of cytokines and chemokines implicated in regulation of virus replication. These compounds might be prospective candidates for antiviral therapeutic exploitation.
