Sugar pucker modulates the cross-correlated relaxation rates across the glycosidic bond in DNA
Original language description
Cross-correlated relaxation rates calculated across the glycosidic bond in DNA nucleosides depend significantly on the sugar pucker. The calculation suggests more accurate structural interpretation of this NMR parameter in nucleic acids.
Czech name
Konformace cukru moduluje kros-korelované relaxační rychlosti podél glykosidické vazby DNA
Czech description
Kros-korelované relaxační rychlosti podél glykosidické vazby v DNA nukleosidech signifikantně zavisí na lokalní koformaci cukru "sugar pucker". Výpočet navrhl přesnější strukturní interpretaci tohoto parametru NMR spektroskopie pro nukleové kyseliny.
