    MD study focuses on the evaluation of the character and length effect of the insert on the conformational behaviour of glycopeptides with the aim to find such insert that would stabilize their extended conformation. Structures with GABU (gamma aminobutyric acid), and analogues where C3 was replaced with O or SO2 group, and one of a double length i.e. nonanoic acid were modelled. The results of the study indicate that inserts with restricted conformational variability are favourable for the maintaining of the extended conformation.

    Molekulárně dymanická studie konformačního chování větvených glykopeptidů během syntézy na pevné fázi. Vliv vkládaných a koncových skupin

    Tato molekulárně dynamická studie studuje vliv charakteru a délky "insertu" na konformační chovaní glykodendrimeru během jejich syntézy na pevné fázi za účelem nalezení takového insertu, který by udržoval flexibilní konformaci. Výsledky studie ukazují, že klíčovým prvkem není délka, ale charakter insertu. Inserty s omezenou konformační variabilitou měly zásadní vliv na toto konformační chování.
