Original language name
Dimeric ecdysteroid analogues and their interaction with the Drosophila ecdysteroid receptor
Original language description
Three structurally related specific ecdysteroid derivatives, 7,7'-dimers of transformed 20-hydroxyecdysone, ponasterone A and ajugasterone C, were obtained by photochemical transformation. The dimers retained a rather high agonistic activity at the insect ecdysteroid receptor.

Dimerní analogy ekdysteroidů a jejich interakce s ekdysonovým receptorem octomilky
Czech description
Fotochemickou transformací byly připraveny tři strukturně příbuzné dimerní deriváty 20-hydroxyekdysonu, ponasteronu A a ajugasteronu C. Dimery si zachovaly dosti vysokou agonistickou účinnost na hmyzím ekdysonovém receptoru.
