Original language description
Direct C-H arylation of purines in position 8 by diverse aryl iodides was achieved with Pd catalysis in presence of copper iodide and cesium carbonate. The reaction was also used in consecutive synthesis of 2,6,8-trisubstututed purines.

Czech description
Příma C-H arylace různými aryl jodidy byla docílena s Pd katalýzou v přítomnosti jodidů měďného a uhličitanu cesného. Reakce byla využita v postupné syntéze 2,6,8-trisubstituovaných purinů.
