Original language description
An algorithm for the automated interpretation of triacylglycerols from atmospheric pressure chemical ionization mass spectra (TriglyAPCI) is described. The algorithm first identifies diacylglycerol fragments and molecular adducts. In the next step, relations among the ions are searched and possible TAG structures are suggested. The software performance is demonstrated for the liquid chromatography/mass spectrometric (LC/MS) analysis of triacylglycerols isolated from the termite Prorhinotermes canalifrons.

Práce popisuje algoritmus pro automatickou interpretaci hmotnostních spekter triacylglycerolů získaných metodou chemické ionizace za atmosferického tlaku (TriglyAPCI). Algoritmus nejprve identifikuje diacylglycerolové fragmenty a molekulární adukty. V dalším kroku hledá souvislosti mezi těmito ionty a navrhuje možné struktury. Možnosti algoritmu jsou demonstrovány na příkladu LC/MS analýzy triacylglycerolů izolovaných z termita Prorhinotermes canalifrons.
