Two-dimensional electrophoretic analysis of a new human cell line EM-G3 derived from breast cancer progenitor cells and comparison with normal mammary epithelial cells
Original language description
We performed a 2-DE analysis of proteins of the new EM-G3 cell line and the primary population of normal mammary epithelial (NME) cells. We determined the phenotypes of both cell samples and identified the differentially expressed protein spots between these two cell samples.
Czech name
Dvojrozměrná elektroforetická analýza nové lidské buněčné linie EM-G3 odvozené z progenitorových buněk nádoru prsu a porovnání s normálními epiteliálními buňkami mléčné žlázy
Czech description
Provedli jsme 2-DE analýzu proteinů izolovaných z nové buněčné linie EM-G3 a z primární populace normálních epitelových buněk (NME) mléčné žlázy. Stanovili jsme fenotypy obou buněčných vzorků a identifikovali rozdílně exprimované proteiny v těchto vzorcích.
