Influence of conformationally constrained amino acids replacing positions 2 and 3 of arginine vasopressin (AVP) and its analogues on their pharmacological properties
Original language description
Synthesis of thirteen new analogues of arginine vasopressin (AVP) has been described. Analogues have introduced sterically constrained non-proteinogenic amino acids 4-aminobenzoic acid (Abz), cis-4-aminocyclohexanecarboxylic acid (ach) or its trans-isomer (Ach) in positions 2 or 3. Unfortunately, all new peptides were inactive in oxytocic ans vasopressic bioassays.
Czech name

Czech description
Popsána syntéza 13 nových analogů vasopressinu majících v polohách 2 enbo 3 neproteinogenní aminokyseliny 4-aminobenzoovou kyselinu (Abz), cis-4-amino-cyklohexan karboxylovou kyselinu (ach) nebo její trans-isomer (Ach).
