Novel racemic carbocyclic nucleoside analogues of thymine and 6-substituted purines derived from (1R*,2R*,4R*,6R*)-6- and (1R*,2R*,4R*,5S*)-5-(hydroxymethyl)bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-2-methanols were synthesized. The target compounds were tested for anti-viral activity.

Czech description
Byla syntetizována nová racemická karbocyklická analoga nukleosidů thyminu a 6-substituovaných purinů odvozená od (1R*,2R*,4R*,6R*)-6- a(1R*,2R*,4R*,5S*)-5-(hydroxymethyl)bicyklo[2.2.1]heptan-2-methanolů. Cílové látky byly testovány na protivirovou aktivitu.
