Synthesis of a series of 6-(N-substituted aminomethyl)-, 6-(O-substituted hydroxymethyl)- and 6-(S-substituted sulfanylmethyl)purine nucleosides was developed based on nucleophilic aubstitutions of 6-(mesyloxymethyl)purines. Title compounds showed cytostatic and antiviral activity.

Byla vyvinuta syntéza 6-(N-substituovaných aminomethyl)-, 6-(O- substituovaných hydroxymethyl)- and 6-(S-substituovaných sulfanylmethyl)purin nukleosidů založená na nukleofilních substitucích 6-(mesyloxymethyl)purinů. Látky vykazovaly cytostatickou a protivirovou aktivitu.
