Synthesis of substituted 6-cyclopropylpurine bases and nucleosides by cross-coupling reactions or cyclopropanations
Original language description
Two approaches to the title cyclopropylpurines were developed. The first one consisted in cross-couplings of halopurines with cyclopropylzinc chloride, while the second one of cyclopropanations of vinylpurines with diazoacetate.
Czech name
Syntéza substituovaných 6-cyklopropylpurinových bází a nukleosidů pomocí cross-coupling reakcí nebo cyklopropanací
Czech description
Byly vyvinuty dva přístupy k syntéze titulních cyklopropylpurinů. První spočíval v cross-coupling reakcích halogenpurinů s cyklopropylzink chloridem, zatímco ten druhý v cyklopropanacích vinylpurinů diazoacetátem.
