    Effects of natural and structurally transformed stilbenoids on production of nitric oxide (NO) triggered by lipopolysaccharide and interferon-gamma were tested under in vitro conditions using murine resident peritoneal macrophages. Relation between the molecular structure and immunobiological activity was investigated.

    Testováno bylo působení přírodních a strukturně pozměněných stilbenoidů na produkci oxidu dusnatého (NO), iniciované lipopolysacharidem a interferonem-gamma v podmínkách in vitro, za použití myších peritonealních makrofagů. Hodnocen byl vztah mezi molekulární strukturou a imunobiologickou aktivitou.
