    Alkaloid extract of bulbs from Zephyranthes grandiflora was studied with respect to its acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase activity and alkaloid pattern. In extract has been identified nine alkaloids. The extract showed promissing acetylcholinesterase inhibition activity.
