Anthraquinone as a Redox Label for DNA: Synthesis, Enzymatic Incorporation, and Electrochemistry of Anthraquinone-Modified Nucleosides, Nucleotides, and DNA
Original language description
Anthraquinone-modified nucleotides were prepared and enzymatically incorpoarted to DNA. The anthraquinone served as an excellent redox label for electrochemical detection. The possibility of its combination with another redox label, nitrophenyl group, has been studied.
