Morphological and physiological changes of Tetrahymena pyriformis were tested as end-points for measurement of toxicity of anthraquinone and azo dyes. The following parameters were found usable for measuring dye toxicity: growth inhibition, grazing rate,killing and cell dimensions

Czech description
Morfologické a fyziologické změny byly testovány a porovnávány jako end-points pro stanovení toxicity antrachinonových barviv a azobarviv. Následující parametry byly použitelné jako měřitelné endpoints: inhibice růstu, killing, rychlost živení, vzájmenýpoměr buněčné šířky a délky.
