A modified HPLC method for the determination of aspartic acid racemization in coliagen from human dentin and its comparison with GC
Original language description
The racemization of aspartic acid in samples of eyetooth dentin was determined by modified HPLC method. The D/L ratio of aspartic acid was analyzed for determination of dentin age and HPLC procedure was compared with used GC method.
Czech name
Modifikovaná HPLC metoda stanovení racemizace kyseliny asparagové v lidském kolagenu a její srovnání s GC metodou
