Using proteomic studies we found out that protein kinases have a direct role in modulation of expression of mayn important genes involved in both physiological and morphological differentiation in Streptomyces granaticolor. Statistical analysis of the data revealed extensive differences of global protein expression between wild type and triple mutant strains.

Czech description
Pomocí proteomické studie bylo prokázáno, že proteinkinasy eukaryotického typu modulují expresi genů, jež mají významnou roli ve fyziologické a morfologické diferenciaci Streptomyces granaticolor. Statistickou analýzou získaných proteomických dat jsme zjistili významné rozdíly v globálních expresních profilech divokého typu a trojitého mutanta v genech pkg2,3,4 kódujících proteinkinasy.
