Recognition of Mycobacterial Antigens Delivered by Genetically Detoxidied Bordetella pertussis Adenylate Cyclase by T Cells from Cattle with Bovine Tuberculosis

  • Original language description

The fusion proteins combining the mycobacterial antigens ESAT-6 or CFP10 with genetically detoxified Bordetella pertussis adenylate cyclase were prepared.Their use of CyaA has the potential to improve the sensitivity of immunodiagnostic tests detecting bovine tuberculosis in cattle.

Rozeznávání mykobakteriálních antigenů, přenášených geneticky detoxifikovanou adenylátcyklasou z Bordetella pertussis, T buňkami z krav s tuberkulosou
