    Assembly of the photosynthetic units in Rhodobacter sphaeroides has been studied using analysis of the kinetic changes in variable fluorescence of bacteriochlororophyll a. Assembly of photosynthetic complexes was induced by the transfer of the aerobic cultures into semiaerobic conditions. The analysis suggests that the reaction centres are formed first, then the inner antenna LH1 is attached, the electron transfer is activated and finally the external antenna LH2 is assembled

    Sestavování fotosyntetických jednotek u Rhodobacter sphaeroides bylo studováno pomocí analýzy kinetických změn variabilní fluorescence bakteriochlororofylu a. Sestavování fotosyntetických komplexů bylo indukováno přenesením aerobní kultury Rh. sphaeroides do semiaerobních podmínek. Analýza na povídá, že nejdříve jsou sestavována reakční centra, poté vnitřní anténa LH1, poté je aktivován elektronový transport a na závěr se sestavuje vnější světlosběrná anténa LH2
