The main objective of this paper is the presentation of accurate mass spectral data acquired on a series of galanthamines. The paper cites several erroneous previous peer-reviewed reports. This paper concludes, that high resolution mass spectra should represent a standard when reporting new ion structures

Předmětem práce je prezentace nezbytnosti vysoce přesných hmotnostně-spektrometrických dat, která byla naměřena na sérii derivátů galanthaminu. Práce ukazuje na chyby některých předešlých publikací jiných autorů, které vyšly v peer-reviewed časopisech akteré používaly pouze spektra s nízkým rozlišením
