Fluorescence spectroscopy: a tool to characterize humic substances in soil colonized by microorganisms?
Original language description
The ability of eight soil microfungal species, Alternaria alternata, Clonostachys rosea f. rosea, Exophiala cf. salmonis, Fusarium cf coeruleum, Fusarium redolens, Paecilomyces lilacinus, Penicillium canescens and Phoma sp., and two known basidiomycete humic acid-degraders, Trametes versicolor and Phanerochaete chrysosporium, to modify fluorescence properties of fulvic acids and/or humic acids were determined. Depending on the presence of glucose in the medium, most of microfungi changed the shape of emission spectra of humic and fulvic acid and the excitation spectra of fulvic acid
Czech name
Fluorescenční spektroskopie jako nástroj k charakterizaci humusových látek v půdě kolonizované mikroorganismy?
Czech description
Byla studována schopnost 8 druhů mikroskopických hub, Alternaria alternata, Clonostachys rosea f. rosea, Exophiala cf. salmonis, Fusarium cf coeruleum, Fusarium redolens, Paecilomyces lilacinus, Penicillium canescens a Phoma sp., a 2 basidiomycetů schopných rozkládat huminovou kyselinu, Trametes versicolor a Phanerochaete chrysosporium, modifikovat fluorescenční vlastnosti fulvokyselin a huminových kyselin. V závislosti na přítomnosti glukózy v médiu měnila většina hub tvar emisních spekter obou humusových látek a tvar excitačního spektra fulvokyselin
