Analysis of catRABC operon for catechol degradation from phenol-degrading Rhodococcus erythropolis
Original language description
The catRABC operon for catechol degradation was isolated from phenol-degrading Rhodococcus erythropolis and characterized. It was found that expression of the catRABC operon is regulated at the level of transcription. The product of the catR gene acts asa repressor. The expression of catA is induced by phenol but not by catechol
Czech name
Analýza operonu catRABC pro degradaci katecholu u bakterie Rhodococcus erythropolis degradující fenol
