Differetial degradation of oak (Quercus petraea) leaf litter by litter-decomposing basidiomycetes
Original language description
Within 12 weeks of incubation, Mycena inclinata decomposed 33%, Marasmius quercophilus 36% and Pholiota lenta 48% of oak (Quercus petraea) litter dry mass. All fungi produced laccase and Mn-peroxidase and none of them produced lignin peroxidase or Mn-independent peroxidases. M. inclinata and M. quercophilus produced considerable laccase activity while the production by P. lenta was low. M. quercophilus and P. lenta produced most Mn-peroxidase at the beginning of the experiment, while the production by M. inclinata was more stable in time. Endo-1,4-?-xylanase exhibited the highest activity among endo-cleaving glycosylhydrolases while 1,4-?-glucosidase was the main exo-cleaving enzyme

Czech description
V průběhu 12-týdenní inkubace rozložily houby Mycena inclinata 33%, Marasmius quercophilus 36% a Pholiota lenta 48% opadu z dubu (Quercus petraea). Všechny houby produkovaly lakázu a Mn-peroxidázu a žádná z nich neprodukovala ligninovou peroxidázu ani Mn-independentní peroxidázy.
