The 14-3-3 Protein Interactome: Interactions of the N-Termini Dimer Interface for Both Homodimer and Heterodimer After the Tyrosine Hydroxylase Binding
Original language description
e have employed the chemical cross-linking in combination with MALDI-TOF or LC FT-ICR MS (as the alternative technique to NMR or X-ray) to investigate the transient interactions between monomeric subunits of the 14-3-3 dimers and heterodimer of 14-3-3 with the regulatory domain of tyrosine hydroxylase. The 14-3-3 homodimer creation prior to tyrosine hydroxylase binding is not necessary, this interaction does not occur in the 2:1 rati
