  • Original language description

    The plasma membrane of Saccharomyces cerevisiae contains large microdomains of specific composition and structure, involved in regulation of the protein turnover. This review summarizes the knowledge concerning these structure/functional domains of the yeast plasma membrane and suggests the model of their formation.
