XRD study of laser induced crystallisation of (Ag)-Sb-S amorphous thin films prepared by thermal evaporation combined with optically induced diffusion and dissolution of Ag
Original language description
Homogeneous amorphous thin films of (Ag)-Sb-S system were prepared by thermal evaporation of Sb-S combined with optically induced diffusion and dissolution of silver. The temperature dependence of optically induced diffusion and dissolution kinetics weremeasured and activation energies were evaluated. Prepared films were characterised by electron microprobe, Raman and optical spectroscopy. Dot laser exposures by Ar+ ion laser (lambda=514.5nm) were performed to simulate optical data recording. These exposures were characterised by micro-x-ray diffraction.
