Mathematical model of a blade couple connected by damping element
Original language description
Theoretical solution of forced vibration of three masses system containing two dry friction connections and four elastic stops among these masses is presented. This system is a computational model of physical model of blade couple with friction element measured in dynamic laboratory of Institute of Thermomechanics ASCR. Numerical solution of strongly nonlinear equations of motion shows the good damping properties of dry friction element, shift of resonance due to mistuning of models of blades, but alsodisadvantageous effect of impacts in stops, resulting in instability and chaotic motion.
