Precise Evaluation of Elasticity from Ultrasonic Measurements
Result description
In this contribution, we decsribe the evaluation of elastic coefficients from resonant ultrasound spectroscopy (RUS) measurements. RUS method consists in the measurement of dynamical response of a free-standing sample, and an inverse procedure used for the determination of material parameters (elastic components or their combinations) from an optimal fit of corresponding computed and measured resonant frequencies.
