Some factors affecting time reversal signal reconstruction
Original language description
We proposed the use of Time Reversal (TR) signal reconstruction ability for acoustic emission signals transfer from a structure onto a remote similar real or numerical model. Factors affecting TR signal reconstruction quality such as temperature or shapechanges were experimentally studied. Using the similarity between TR and Coda Wave Interferometry, prediction of signal reconstruction quality was possible using the direct wave propagation only.
