Original language description
This contribution deals with a design of bladed whel model with tie-boss couplings for numerical and experimental dynamic analysis. Besides modal analysis of the linearized wheel model a non-linear dynamical response of the three blade bundle with friction couplings in the tie-bosses were computed for description of a friction damping. Three-dimensional FE model with friction contacts was developed in the program ANSYS 15.0. The Augmented Lagrangian method was used to compute contact normal pressures and friction stresses. The friction coupling ws modeled by the Isotropic Coulomb´s law. For a description of the friction coefficient, its dependence on relative velocity was considered. The damping ratio of the friction damping was evaluated from the envelope of free vibration attenuations after short harmonic excitation. The first experimental results for validation of the numerical model are discussed at the end.n
