The angular distributions of the N-15(He-3, d)O-16 reaction were measured with the aim to determine the direct capture rate of the astrophysical reaction N-15(p, gamma)O-16 by deducing asymptotic normalization coefficients (ANC). The N-15(p, gamma)O-16 reaction is a part of the CNO cycle having importance in the nucleosynthesis of the N and O isotopes. The measurement was carried out on the cyclotron U120M of NPI CAS at the energy 25.74 MeV of He-3 ions in a gas chamber containing the high purity N-15 isotope. The preliminary results of corresponding spectroscopic factors and ANC's were used for the estimation of the S-factor for the direct capture N-15(p, gamma)O-16. Using the widths of the resonances E-R = 312 and 962 keV,the total S-factor was determined within the framework of the R-matrix approach.

Reakce 15N(p,gama)16O je důležitou reakcí úniku z CNO-I cyklu, jejíž rychlost má impakt na syntézu izotopů N a O. Byla měřena úhlová rozdělení reakce 15N(3He,d)16O na cyklotronu U120M v ÚJF AVČR Řež. Oceněn byl S-faktor pro přímý záchyt 15N(p,gama)16O acelkový S-faktor byl určen v rámci R-matrix přístupu za použití informací o rezonancích 312 a 962 keV.
