    From Kaonic Nuclei to Multikaonic Hypernuclei

  • Original language description

    Recent self-consistent calculations of single-(K) over bar and multi-(K) over bar (hyper)nuclear states are reviewed. First, I demonstrate the interplay between the underlying dynamical processes and the relevant kinematical conditions that determine thesizeable decay widths of (K) over bar -nuclear states. Then, I discuss a robust saturation pattern of the (K) over bar separation energy B((K) over bar) and densities on increasing the number of antikaons embedded in the (hyper)nuclear system. It is concluded that (K) over bar condensation is unlikely to occur in strong-interaction self-bound strange hadronic configurations.
