  • Original language description

    An unconventional high-resolution 3-axis diffraction set-up for strain/stress measurements of bulk polycrystalline samples will be presented. The set-up consists in the focusing crystal monochromator, polycrystalline sample considered for the measurement studies and the focusing crystal analyzer. High resolution is achieved just by rocking the analyzer and scanning the beam diffracted by the sample.
