Polymer-coated adenovirus permits efficient retargeting and evades neutralising antibodies.
Original language description
Paper reports the developments of a covalently coated adenoviruses and retargeting strategy using a multivalent hydrophilic polymer based on poly-[N-(2-hydroxypropyl) methacryl-amide]. Incorporation of targeting ligands onto the polymer coated virus produces ligand-mediated binding and uptake into cells bearing appropriate receptors.
