Original language description
Bovine seminal ribonuclease exerts a potent cytotoxic activity when administered intratumorally to the nude mice bearing human tumors. Ineffectiveness of intravenous or intraperitoneal administration led us to synthesize polymeric conjugates with BS-RNase to prevent degradation in blood vessels. Hydrophilic poly[N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide] was used for BS-RNase modification and PHPMA-BS-RNase conjugates were prepared.
