    Completeness and reliability of the rules for prediction of the phase structure in immiscible polymer blends is discussed. No satisfactory rule is available for prediction of the phase structure type. Dependence of the droplet break-up frequency on its size and more reliable description ofthe coalescence are needed for reliable prediciton of the droplet size.
