Poly(HPMA)-coated liposomes demonstrate prolonged circulation in mice.
Original language description
Surface modification of liposomes with amphiphilic HPMA based polymers significantly prolongs their circulation time in blood and reduces uptake by cells of the RES. Poly(HPMA)-modified liposomes may become a useful member of the family of long-circulating drug delivery systems.
