Perfluoroalkylated diblock-alkyl methacrylate monomers for biomedical applications. Wetability of their copolymers with HEMA and DEGMA
Original language description
The intermediate perfluoroalkylated diblock hydrophobic?hydrophilic secondary alcohols, which were prepared by the reaction of monomethyl ethers of oligomeric ethyleneglycols with 2-[(perfluoroalkyl)methyl]oxiranes, resulted in the formation of the titlemonomers by the acylation with methacryloyl chloride. Copolymers of these monomers with 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate and 2-(2´-hydroxyethyl-1´-oxy)ethyl methacrylate prepared under radical conditions displayed interesting sweling properties.

Perfluoroalkylované dvojblokové methakrylátové monomery pro biomedicinální aplikace. Botnavost jeho kopolymerů s HEMA a DEGMA
