Thin films from system (As2S3)100-xTlx (x:0-15) were deposited by thermal evaporation on Si, graphite and optical glass substrates BK-7. From transmission and reflection measurements of the thin films, the refractive index, film thickness, optical band gap oscilator energy and dispersion energy before and after exposure to light were determined. From infrared spectroscopy measurements a ternary TlAsS2 compound appears 10at% Tl.

Czech description
Pomocí tepelného vypařování byly napařeny tenké vrstvy ze systému (As2S3)100-xTlx (x:0-15) na Si, grafit a substráty z optického skla BK-7. Z propustných a odrazivostních měření tenkých vrstev byly stanoveny index lomu, tloušťka vrstvy, optický gap, energie oscilátoru a disperzní energie před a po světelné expozici. Z infračervených spektroskopických měření se při 10at% Tl objevuje ternární sloučenina TlAsS2.
