    High-conductivity polypyrrole layers supported on porous polyethylene films

  • Original language description

    New composite materials with a highly conductive polypyrrole layers were prepared by in situ chemical oxidative polymerization of a pyrrole solution onto microporous polyethylene films. The kinetics of polypyrrole layer formation at temperatures of 20 and 0°C were studied. The electrical and mechanical properties of composite materials with various polypyrrole contents were examined. The method proposed allows composites with a high conductivity and good mechanical properties to be manufactured.

    Nové kompozitní materiály s vysoce vodivými vrstvami polypyrolu byly připraveny polymerizací pyrolu in-situ na mikroporézních polyetylenových filmech. Byla studována kinetika tvorby polypyrolových vrstev při teplotách 20 a 0°C. Byly změřeny elektrické amechanické vlastnosti kompozitních materiálů obsahujících různé množství polypyrolu. Podle navržené metody je možné připravovat kompozity s vysokou vodivostí a dobrými mechanickými vlastnostmi.
