Oligopeptides as targeting structures in cancer therapy
Original language description
A laminin derived targeting oligopeptide sequence YESIGVAVS was covalently linked to N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide (HPMA) based copolymers. Two peptides derived from gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) were also conjugated to HPMA copolymers and used for modification of adenoviral gene delivery vectors. The influence of the polymer coating with and without the targeting peptide on the expression of reporter genes was investigated.

Oligopeptidy jako směrující struktury v nádorové terapii
