    Crosslinked hydrogels from 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA), ethylene dimethacrylate and polymerizable active esters based on N-methacryloylated .omega.-amino acids were prepared and modified with excess of ethane-1,2-diamine or hexane-1,6-diamine. 4-Isothiocyanatophenyl mannopyranoside or 6-(4-isothiocyanatobenzamido)hexyl mannopyranoside were used to bond d-mannose to hydrogel matrix through thioureylene groups.

    Síťované hydrogely 2-hydroxyethylmethakrylátu ethylen dimethakrylátu a aktivního esteru odvozeného od N-methakrylovaných .omega.-amino kyselin byly připraveny a modifikovány přebytkem ethan-1,2-diaminu nebo hexan-1,6-diaminu. Vazba D-mannosy k hydrogelové matrici byla prostřednictvím thioureylenových skupin.
