Defect structure of Sb2-xFexTe3 single crystals

  • Original language description

From the results of optical measurements was proposed a way of incorporation of Fe-atoms into structure of Sb2Te3 single crystals. These Fe-atoms forms uncharged substitutional defects FexSb and their formation is accompanied with increase in concentration of anti-site defects SbTe, decrease in numer of vacancies V" Te and with increase of hole concentration.

    Defektní struktura monokrystalů Sb2-xFexTe3

  • Czech description

Z výsledků optických měření vyplynulo, že vestavěné Fe-částice do krystalů Sb2Te3 tvoří nenabité substituční defekty FexSb a jejich vznik je doprovázen zvýšením koncentrace antisturkturních defektů SbTe, poklesem počtu vakancí V" Te a nárůstem koncentrace děr.
