    Optical properties of silver containing As-S-Se thin films

  • Original language description

    The As33S67-ySey, where y=0, 16.75, 33.5, 50.25 and 67, amorphous thin films were prepared by vacuum thermal evaporation technique. Range of silver content dissoluted in films was x = 0 ? 25at%. The refractive index increase with increasing silver and selenium content. The difference of optical bangap between undoped and fully doped films with Ag and Se was 1eV.

    Amorfní tenké vrstvy As33S67-ySey, kde y=0, 16.75, 33.5, 50.25 a 67 byly připraveny metodou vakuového napařování. Rozmezí obsahu rozpuštěného stříbra bylo x=0-25at%. Index lomu roste s rostoucím obsahem stříbra a selenu. Rozdíl optické šířky zakázaného pásu mezi nedotovaným a vrstvami plně dotovanými Ag a Se byl 1eV.
