Isolation and characterization of chitosans from edible mushrooms

Original language description

Chitosans and glucans have been extracted from edible mushrooms, such as Pleurotus ostreatus, Agaricus hortensis and Lycoperdon perlatum, using successive alkali and acidic extraction or direct acidic extraction. Solid-state 13C NMR and infrared spectroscopies were used for their structural characterization.

Czech description

Chitosany a glukany byly extrahovány z jedlých hub, jako je Pleurotus ostreatus, Agaricus hortensis and Lycoperdon perlatum, pomocí po sobě jdoucí alkalické a acidické extrakce či přímé acidické extrakce. K jejich strukturní charakterizaci byla užita 13CNMR spektroskopie pevného stavu a infračervená spektroskopie.
