The formation, stability and efficiency of surface brush layers based on deposition of PLA-b-PEO block copolymers from selective solvents was studied as a method of surface modification on PLA-based biomaterials for tissue engineering. The efficiency ofmodification and resulting surface properties are discussed with respect to the molecular parameters of copolymers

Czech description
Byla studována metoda povrchové modifikace biomateriálů pro tkáňové inženýrství na bázi PLA, která využívá depozici PLA-b-PEO blokových kopolymerů ze selektivních rozpuštědel na povrch PLA. Byla hodnocena kvalita, stabilita a účinnost vytvořené povrchovévrstvy s ohledem na molekulární parametry použitých kopolymerů.
