Synthesis of hyperbranched copolyimides and their application as selective layers in composite membranes

  • Original language description

Self-standing membranes from organosoluble hyperbranched 6FDA-TAPOB polyimide and 6FDA-6FpDA-TAPOB copolyimide were successfully prepared and characterized for physicochemical properties. Composite membranes based on PAN/PES porrous supports and using the same hyperbranched copolyimides as selective layers were prepared and characterised for gas transport properties.
