Effect of structure of HEMA?DEGMA hydrogel matrix on diffusion coefficients of PEG tracers. Variation of hydrogel crosslink density by change of polymer concentration
Original language description
Four HEMA?DEGMA hydrogels swollen close to equilibrium were prepared by photopolymerizing pregel aqueous solutions containing predetermined monomer mixture at various concentrations. Diffusion coefficients of paramagnetic tracers in the hydrogel matricesat presence of the tracer concentration gradient were determined using ESRI technique and interpreted on the basis of existing theoretical models.
