Provedeny issledovaniya sorbtsii bakteriy Klebsiella pneumonia, Staphylococcus aureus, Shigella flexneri 2a, virusov grippa A i B, fragmentov DNK na elektroprovodyashchiye polimery – polipirrol (PPy), polianilin (PANI) i ikh kompozity s nanochastitsami serebra (PPy-Ag). Podrobno izuchena in vitro toksichnost' materialov na kletkakh kul'tur tkaney cheloveka. Pri sravnenii adsorbtsionnykh svoystv PANI, PPy i ikh kompozitov pokazano, chto naibol'shaya sorbtsionnaya aktivnost' nablyudayetsya v ryadu sorbentov PPy-Ag > PPy > G-PPy dlya bakteriy i virusov. Vysokiye sorbtsionnyye kharakteristiki i otnositel'no nebol'shaya toksichnost' dlya perevivayemykh kul'tur kletok cheloveka pozvolyayet ispol'zovat' dannyye materialy v kachestve virusnykh i bakterial'nykh fil'trov.
