A new driver of the fast capillary discharge is designed.It consists of the Marx generator and radial Blumline pulse forming line.Such a geometry enables axial access to both capillary ends('tranparent capillary').This arrangement substantally simplifiesthe experiments(adjustment, monitoring,applications).
